On October 16, 2024, our sales team of 12 members gathered at 6:00 AM Vietnam time and took the company's shuttle bus to Ho Chi Minh City to participate in the 2024 Vietnam Plastics and Rubber Exhibition. The exhibition lasted for four days, from October 16 to October 19, 2024.

As usual, the exhibition was well-organized. Suppliers underwent security checks before entering the venue. Suppliers were allowed to enter the exhibition hall one hour earlier to prepare for the public opening at 9:00 AM.

Our group company has extensive experience in participating in exhibitions. At first glance, I spotted our booth, A169, a spacious and independent 15-square-meter booth beautifully displayed before me. The display shelves and counters were neatly arranged with products. The white and clean stands, along with colorful plastic masterbatches and pigments, were eye-catching.

Before the exhibition officially opened, our team took a group photo and then carried out their respective pre-reception tasks. Some prepared beverages and snacks on the small round table, while others attached business cards to brochures and neatly arranged them on the inquiry desk.

On the first day, the crowd in the exhibition hall was sparse just after 9:00 AM, but by 10:00 AM, the walkways began to fill up. We greeted all types of visitors with warm smiles. Some visitors were pigment suppliers, others were equipment suppliers, and some specialized in auxiliary additives for plastic masterbatches. Of course, the majority were potential customers from Vietnam, including prominent foreign-funded manufacturers already operating in Vietnam, such as Sharp, Samsung, and Supor.

Time flew by quickly. On the last day of the exhibition, we returned to the company with fruitful results.

This year’s Plastics and Rubber Exhibition was truly remarkable.
